Set on a cliff overlooking Sunset Beach and Lummi Bay, this refined seasonal inn is 4 miles from the Lummi Island ferry terminal, 2 miles from the walking trails of Curry Preserve and 7 miles from Lummi Marine Park.
The 7 relaxed, individually decorated rooms with en suite bathrooms offer free Wi-Fi, TVs and coffeemakers. Some rooms feature skylights, fireplaces, minifridges, private decks or patios, and/or sitting areas.
There's a laid-back restaurant with a covered terrace, and a hot tub, plus a front porch with seating. Massages are offered (surcharge). Pets are welcome with prior notice and for a fee.
Not a resort...but that is why we chose it. This is an inn on a tiny island in Puget Sound and the restaurant is world-renowned. It was one of the most memorable dinners I have ever had.
